Job Summary

Poshmark is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chargebacks Associate to support dispute management and fraud prevention processes. The role focuses on reviewing, analyzing, and resolving chargeback disputes effectively, identifying risks, and collaborating cross-functionally to develop scalable prevention measures. Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and resolve disputes effectively.
• Investigate disputed transactions for possible fraudulent behaviors and patterns.
• Provide detailed analysis to assess risks in chargeback cases.
• Identify tactics to prevent and reduce claims and losses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement prevention measures.
• Interact with the Poshmark community regarding sensitive issues in a professional manner.
• Support new initiatives and evaluate workflow-impacting issues.
• Communicate trends, patterns, and risks proactively with peers.

Qualifications & Skills

• 0–1 year of experience in dispute/chargeback processes; Freshers encouraged to apply.
