Job Summary
Poshmark is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chargebacks Associate to support dispute management and fraud prevention processes. The role focuses on reviewing, analyzing, and resolving chargeback disputes effectively, identifying risks, and collaborating cross-functionally to develop scalable prevention measures. Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and resolve disputes effectively.
- Investigate disputed transactions for possible fraudulent behaviors and patterns.
- Provide detailed analysis to assess risks in chargeback cases.
- Identify tactics to prevent and reduce claims and losses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement prevention measures.
- Interact with the Poshmark community regarding sensitive issues in a professional manner.
- Support new initiatives and evaluate workflow-impacting issues.
- Communicate trends, patterns, and risks proactively with peers.
Qualifications & Skills
- 0–1 year of experience in dispute/chargeback processes; Freshers encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
