Job Summary

Join Dell Technologies as a Software Engineer 1 on our Software Engineering Team in Bangalore. You will develop, test, and integrate code for new or existing software solutions that align with customer business goals and environments. You’ll troubleshoot reliability and performance issues, review specifications and designs, and help ensure product quality. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, you will also contribute to technical documentation and ideation for future product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and integrate code for new or existing software while following source code revision control
• Troubleshoot software reliability and performance issues
• Review requirements, specifications, and designs; develop and implement tests for quality and performance assurance
• Assist with developing and reviewing technical end-user documentation
• Contribute ideas for new software products or next-version enhancements

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic knowledge of programming languages, operating systems, and databases
• Debugging skills for simple programs using written or verbal design specifications
• Good understanding of hardware and software interactions
• First-hand experience with server, storage, networking, and client technologies
• Insight into software architectures and applications
• Desirable: Internship or related professional experience
