Job Summary

GAVATAR at Siemens Real Estate seeks Software Engineers for product development roles in its Thane location. As part of the global digital transformation team, you will work on cutting-edge solutions for monitoring Siemens’ extensive worldwide portfolio, contributing to smart building management, energy reporting, and advanced analytics. This role is ideal for early professionals looking to learn, innovate, and leave a mark on real estate digitalization and sustainability at a global scale. You will collaborate with diverse global teams and develop new technical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with RESTful APIs for system integrations
• Use cloud technologies (especially AWS EC2, Lambda) for infrastructure and automation
• Define data quality frameworks and assist in reducing manual data effort
• Develop proof of concepts based on domain needs
• Automate platform processes based on user requests
• Manage version control using Git
• Retrieve, store, and manage database tasks
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues
• Conduct hypothesis testing for feature feasibility
• Clearly explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams
• Understand and communicate the business impact of technical work
• Create reports and presentations for various stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills

• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• BE/ME/M.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
• Proficiency in Python and OOP concepts
• Experience with SQL and data science/machine learning (numeric data)
• Basic AWS cloud skills (EC2, Lambda)
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, and teamwork skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
