Job Summary

Voltas is seeking fresh Graduate Engineering Trainees for its plant operations in Chennai. As a GET, you will support production planning, materials coordination, operational efficiency, and inventory management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for engineering graduates passionate about production, teamwork, and learning in India’s leading cooling solutions brand. Flexibility for relocation and readiness to work at plant sites are important for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with plant production scheduling and target monitoring
• Coordinate raw material supply as per production plans
• Plan workflow to enhance operational performance
• Support inventory and participate in audit activities
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve production goals

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
• Minimum 70% marks or 7.0+ CGPA throughout education
• Graduating in 2026; no active backlogs
• Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn
• Ready to relocate to plant locations as per business requirements
• Candidates from Tier I/Tier II colleges preferred
