Job Summary
Mphasis is seeking Level 2 Technical Support Engineers for its Bangalore location, handling end-user technical troubleshooting in Windows and Mac OS environments. The role involves diagnosing and resolving desktop, application, and virtualization issues, remotely assisting users, and supporting smart device and IT infrastructure. Candidates will manage support tickets, employ remote desktop and helpdesk tools, deliver customer-centric service, and document technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across Windows/Mac OS, applications, and devices
- Support end users via phone, email, or chat; escalate unresolved problems
- Manage multiple open issues and use ticketing systems (ServiceNow, RemedyForce)
- Document technical knowledge and solutions
- Use remote desktop tools (Webex, LogMeIn, Bomgar) for support
- Maintain adherence to ITSM processes and prioritize service requests
- Provide accurate and prompt feedback to customers and teams
Qualifications & Skills
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS and IT devices
- Familiarity with remote support and ticketing tools
- Knowledge of virtualization, Citrix, AWS, and ITSM (Incident Management)
- Graduate, 1+ years relevant experience preferred
- Certifications (MCSE, CCA, ITIL foundation) are an advantage
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and team orientation
