Job Summary

Capgemini is looking for highly motivated fresh graduates to join as Process Associates in its Kolkata office. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing international client queries, and ensuring issue resolution with professionalism. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability to night shifts, and commitment to achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based clients, insurance companies, patients, or helpdesks as required.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to provide support or gather essential information.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets and conversion goals.
• Handle customer objections effectively and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to enhance call performance and compliance.
• Maintain adherence to Capgemini’s policies and US call regulation standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Freshers only; must be open to work from office.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with CRM tools and call center systems.
• Willingness to work night shifts matching US time zones.
• Knowledge of international cultures and customer behavior.
• Strong work ethic, goal-oriented attitude, and empathy in handling client interactions.
