Job Summary

This role is part of Micron’s AI Enablement team, focused on accelerating enterprise-wide AI adoption by building, automating, and integrating AI solutions into business workflows. The engineer will work on rapid prototyping, intelligent automation, and secure integration of AI agents with internal platforms, tools, and data sources. The position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about AI, eager to experiment with modern AI tooling, and keen to solve real-world business problems across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven tools, workflows, and automations using platforms such as Copilot Studio, UiPath, and related frameworks.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems including SharePoint, M365, APIs, and internal knowledge bases to ensure secure and reliable interoperability.
• Identify repetitive or high-impact processes and design intelligent automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive AI literacy, prepare best-practice documentation, and support internal training and enablement.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and governance teams to enforce data protection, threat modeling, and compliance with security, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Implement secure agent interactions leveraging encryption, authentication, authorization, and identity platforms such as OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, Entra ID, and AD FS.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback gathering, experimentation, and iteration on existing AI solutions and workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a closely related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in software development or AI/ML engineering.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning pipelines, and automation tools.
• Hands-on experience or academic exposure to Copilot Studio, UiPath, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and/or Google Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of scalable context management techniques including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic chunking, and memory persistence for long-horizon tasks.
• Ability to design and manage multi-agent workflows for complex decision-making and collaborative problem-solving, leveraging frameworks such as MCP and A2A-based orchestration.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: .NET, C#, Python, Java, API development, SQL, PowerShell, or Unix shell scripting.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in fast-paced agile environments, and effective communication for cross-team collaboration.
• Exposure to generative AI, prompt engineering, agent-based systems, and interest in AI governance, security, and ethics is a plus.
