Job Summary

Sutherland is hiring O2C Associates and Sr Associates for its US Back Office team, offering permanent work-from-home roles for candidates residing in Mumbai. The role focuses on end-to-end Order-to-Cash activities, including billing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation for global customers. Selected candidates will work evening/night shifts, handle financial transactions in ERP systems, and ensure adherence to audit and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, invoices, and payments within ERP tools and maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on collections, perform cash application, and resolve billing or invoice discrepancies.
• Support credit control, customer account reconciliation, and collaborate with Sales, Billing, and Collections teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and internal audit guidelines while meeting performance and quality targets.
• Participate in HR, panel, and typing assessments as part of the selection process and adhere to defined shift schedules.

Qualifications & Skills

• Any graduate with 0–3 years of experience in O2C, collections, order processing, or related back-office operations.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written), numerical ability, analytical mindset, and good time management.
• Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and proficiency in MS Excel; willingness to work evening/night shifts (5:30 pm–2:30 am).
• Good to have: exposure to SAP, Salesforce, HPSM, and an understanding of O2C sub-processes such as order management, order-to-invoice, and invoice processing.
