Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service via chat, email, MS Teams, and phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries and issues
- Collaborate with back-office and escalation teams
- Document solutions and approaches; adapt to customer needs
- Multitask within a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
- Demonstrate empathy, excellent problem-solving, and communication skills
Qualifications & Skills
- 0–1 year experience in customer service or technical support
- Flexible for voice and chat process
- Comfortable with night/rotational shifts and hybrid work
- Windows 10 troubleshooting and strong communication skills
- Experience with Windows, Mac, or Linux (preferred)
- Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
