Job Summary
Cvent is seeking motivated freshers for the role of Management Trainee, Associate Product Consultant in its Client Services department. This role supports clients in using Cvent’s Event Management software by providing technical assistance, implementing event requirements, and sharing best practices. Candidates will handle communication with clients, document all interactions, and help clients meet their event goals through expert guidance and software implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients via phone and email by answering product questions and offering technical support.
- Share best practice tips to help clients boost event attendance using Cvent’s marketing tools.
- Gather client requirements and communicate them for future product improvements.
- Create and maintain product documentation.
- Implement and manage the online components of client events.
- Review and refine event implementations with clients to ensure success.
- Document all client communications in Cvent’s CRM software.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fresh graduate batches 2025 or 2026.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and business acumen.
- High comfort with using online software products.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task effectively.
- Positive attitude with ability to work well in a team and quick learning aptitude.
