Syngene is hiring fresh graduates for the Junior Executive role in Bangalore. This position involves supporting chemical engineering laboratory activities, including preparation of inorganic solutions, monitoring labs during off hours while adhering to safety protocols, and assisting chemists in their tasks. The role demands shift flexibility and the ability to independently handle night shifts, making it ideal for early career professionals seeking hands-on lab experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and fill lab consumables, chemicals, and inorganic solutions timely.
• Monitor chemistry labs during off work hours following all safety guidelines.
• Assist chemists in performing laboratory procedures including hydrogenation reactions.
• Check registers for day and night shifts and perform listed tasks.
• Support safe execution of lab operations and maintain compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of chemistry and laboratory safety protocols (EHS).
• Willingness and ability to work in shifts, including night shifts independently.
• Effective team player with good communication skills.
