Job Summary

YASH Technologies is hiring Software Quality Assurance (SQA) professionals to support process excellence across projects. The role involves implementing and monitoring quality frameworks aligned with ISO standards and CMMI Level 5. You will handle audits, metrics tracking, and process facilitation while ensuring compliance. This role requires strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and implement Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMMI Level 5)
• Establish project processes aligned with client requirements and IMS
• Conduct weekly facilitation sessions and prepare reports
• Perform monthly internal audits and publish findings
• Collect and validate project metrics
• Participate in internal and project review meetings
• Provide training at the project level
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic understanding of process excellence standards and models
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality frameworks
• Knowledge of audit processes and reporting
• Understanding of process management concepts
• Awareness of measurement and improvement techniques
• Ability to facilitate discussions and team coordination
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
