Job Summary

Virtusa is conducting off-campus recruitment for freshers to join as Software Developers and Software Testers across PAN India locations. Eligible candidates from the 2025 batch with relevant IT or engineering degrees can apply for this exciting opportunity. The roles involve working on modern technology stacks with competitive CTC packages, including Rs. 5 LPA for Regular Coders and Rs. 6.5 LPA for Power Coders. The multi-round hiring process assesses coding skills, communication, aptitude, and technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured hiring process including technical assessments, speech communication, coding challenges, technical interviews, and HR discussions
• Develop and test software applications using core programming skills and modern technologies
• Solve problems using data structures, algorithms, and coding best practices
• For Software Testers: perform manual and automated testing using tools like Selenium and programming languages such as Python and Java
• Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and CS fundamentals
• Programming knowledge in languages like C, C++, Java, Python, SQL/MySQL
• Familiarity with testing tools and concepts including manual testing and ISTQB certification for testers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
