Job Summary
The Business Development Associate at Urban Company will drive market research and strategic initiatives to support rapid business growth in the UAE and other active regions. The role requires full ownership of select service categories, deep data analysis, and close coordination with business partners to scale their operations on the platform. Immediate joiners who thrive in high-performance, remote environments are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end ownership of service categories to ensure service quality and growth.
- Collaborate with operations and business development to launch and run projects.
- Champion client and partner relationships as a vocal advocate for customer experience.
- Analyze key metrics and implement process improvements for growth.
- Lead multitasking initiatives in a dynamic, remote startup environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- 0–2 years’ experience in business/operations, preferably at fast-paced startups.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field.
- Ability to generate leads, conduct market research, and meet/exceed targets.
- Basic understanding of data analytics and presentation skills.
