Job Summary
Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) 2025 FY26 is an exceptional opportunity for BCA and B.Sc graduates of 2025 to pursue an M.Tech degree from a top-tier Indian institution while building a rewarding career at Wipro. The program blends academic learning with practical exposure, enabling participants to gain valuable industry experience through real-world IT projects and earn a monthly stipend during the course.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on live IT projects and contribute to software development, testing, or infrastructure support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and apply academic knowledge to solve business challenges.
- Participate in training modules and upskilling sessions sponsored by Wipro.
- Maintain consistent performance in academics and project assignments during the program.
- Demonstrate adaptability and professionalism as part of Wipro’s technical workforce.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: BCA or B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, or Physics.
- Year of Passing: 2025.
- Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA in graduation (as per university norms).
- Core Mathematics must be studied in graduation (Business/Applied Maths not accepted).
- Maximum 3 years of gap between 10th and graduation commencement permitted; no gaps allowed during graduation.
- Must meet age (18+) and citizenship criteria (Indian citizen/PIO/OCI/Bhutan/Nepal nationals).
- One backlog allowed at the time of assessment, to be cleared before 6th semester.
