Job Summary

Stripe is seeking ambitious new graduates for its Software Engineering, New Grad role to help build and operate digital financial infrastructure used by millions of global businesses. This position is ideal for candidates eager to learn reliable system design, collaborate on multi-person projects, and take end-to-end ownership of development initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on cross-functional software projects with other engineers.
• Provide meaningful feedback on code reviews and technical design.
• Ensure reliability and scalability of systems for users worldwide.
• Develop technical and project management skills by owning projects from start to finish.
• Contribute to beta launches, prototypes, and open-source community projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or related field (obtained by summer 2026), or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, Go, or comparable languages.
• Independent learning skills and experience in internships or collaborative coding projects.
• Bonus: Specialized knowledge in frontend development, familiarity with code review practices, and managing work in large codebases.
