Job Summary

PhonePe is seeking a detail-oriented TechOps professional to join their Bengaluru team. The role involves understanding internal processes, troubleshooting system issues, driving automation to improve efficiency, and collaborating across teams to ensure smooth transaction flows and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, programming expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects within one of India’s leading digital payments platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze business processes and data flows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Independently troubleshoot system errors and anomalies, driving resolution.
• Automate manual processes and generate reports to improve operational accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless transactions and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Define, develop, and communicate key performance metrics and insights to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or an MBA from a reputed institute.
• At least 1 year of experience in analytics, automation, or technical operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Familiarity with process automation tools and data analysis frameworks is preferred.
• Understanding of stock broking, trading, or financial services is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills.
