Job Summary
Infosys BPM Limited is hiring Process Executives in Pune for its BPO Service Line. This role is ideal for BCom and BBA graduates (2022–2025 passouts) who are eager to deliver on daily customer SLAs and excel in a dynamic work environment. Candidates should be ready to work shifts including night shifts and possess strong MS Office proficiency. Mortgage and insurance knowledge is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute transactions as per guidelines and timelines.
- Meet daily process targets and customer SLAs.
- Adapt to client shift timings (including night shifts).
- Follow client governance mechanisms and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- BCom/BBA degree, graduation completed (15 years of education).
- 0–1 years of experience; 2022–2025 batch only.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work business-aligned shifts and night shifts.
- Knowledge of mortgage/banking/insurance domain is a plus.
- Postgraduates and those pursuing PG are not eligible.
