Job Summary
Join Cisco’s dynamic Finance team in Bangalore as a Finance Analyst Trainee, where you’ll receive mentorship from experienced professionals and benefit from hands-on and classroom-based training. This 12-month apprenticeship offers exposure to impactful dashboards, month-end close processes, and statutory account consolidation. Fresh graduates with an interest in finance will gain foundational skills in analysis, reporting, and the latest tools such as Power BI and FinBO.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and analyze impactful financial dashboards.
- Support business operations and participate in monthly closing activities.
- Assist with statutory account consolidation and financial reporting.
- Collaborate within the Center of Excellence and CX Finance teams.
- Adopt new financial reporting tools and processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounts/Finance with no active backlogs, graduated in 2025.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong numeracy, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational, time-management, and proactive learning attitude.
- Available for the full 12-month apprenticeship starting January 2026.
