Job Summary

This off-campus drive targets fresh graduates who want to start their careers in IT, infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity. Selected candidates will work on enterprise-level projects while receiving structured training and mentorship. Key Responsibilities

• Work on IT, infrastructure, software, or cybersecurity projects under the guidance of senior team members.
• Contribute to development, support, or operations tasks as per assigned business unit.
• Learn and follow HCLTech processes, documentation standards, and quality practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively on tasks and project updates.
• Demonstrate a strong learning attitude and adaptability to different technologies and shifts if required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degrees accepted: BE/BTech/BSc in CS, IT, ECE, EEE or related technical streams.
• Eligible batches: 2020–2025 pass-outs, primarily freshers; candidates with limited experience may also be considered.
• No active backlogs at the time of joining and meeting standard hiring norms.
• Good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Basic understanding of core IT concepts (programming, networking, OS, databases or cybersecurity, depending on role).
