Job Summary

This apprenticeship is designed exclusively for undergraduate students graduating in 2024 or 2025 from various streams such as B.Com, BBA, and B.Sc. Stats without backlogs. The role offers foundational experience in data entry, office software, and communication within a dynamic and collaborative team environment. Engineering graduates are not eligible. Fidelity invests in fostering an inclusive culture focused on responsibility and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tasks effectively within team settings under general supervision
• Conduct basic data entry and work with Open Office/MS Office Word and Excel
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethics
• Exhibit basic written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborate with various workgroups, leveraging shared objectives

Qualifications & Skills

• Full-time undergraduate students passing out in 2024/2025 without backlogs
• Preferred: B.Com, BBA, B.Sc. Stats streams
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Open Office software (Word and Excel)
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and positive work ethic
