Job Summary
Bounteous x Accolite is inviting applications for its Virtual Campus Hiring Challenge for the 2025 and 2026 batches, open for freshers interested in starting their careers in software engineering, data engineering, test automation, HR, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud development. As a globally recognized digital transformation consultancy, Bounteous x Accolite partners with ambitious brands to engineer impactful solutions using AI, cloud, analytics, and digital platforms. Selected candidates will join multidisciplinary teams and work with renowned global clients, leveraging next-generation technology and proven co-innovation methodology to solve real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in technical assessments and virtual interviews as part of the hiring challenge
- Develop, test, and deploy software or data solutions using languages such as Java, Python, C++, SQL, and modern platforms
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver transformative digital products and experiences
- Apply programming concepts, data structures, algorithms, and technical knowledge to real project scenarios
- Contribute to a collaborative, innovation-driven work culture with talented professionals
Qualifications & Skills
- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc in Computer Science/MCA/Integrated CS-IT and Circuit Branches (no active backlogs, 60% or 6 CGPA throughout)
- Knowledge of at least one programming language (C++, Java, Python, SQL, Scala)
- For TA Intern: Strong interpersonal, recruitment, and communication skills
- Demonstrated understanding of software engineering principles and business requirements
- Freshers (2025/2026 batches) are welcome; those with a mandatory CS-related course are eligible
