Job Summary

Emphasis is hiring a Junior Fulfillment Associate to handle back-office transaction processing and customer support in Bangalore. This role involves managing multiple priorities, processing service orders, supporting end users, and maintaining accurate ticketing records. The position offers hands-on exposure to supply chain and order tracking functions and requires excellent communication and multitasking abilities in a dynamic office setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer support and back-office inboxes and respond quickly to requests
• Process service orders, maintain account information, document ticketing details
• Collaborate with team members and keep stakeholders informed of issue status
• Ensure tasks are completed within assigned turnaround times and SLAs
• Proactively track pending customer orders and resolve issues
• Write grammatically correct, professional emails to customers and third parties

Qualifications & Skills

• Freshers or 6–12 months of relevant experience preferred
• BSc, B.Com, BA or Diploma (12+3 years education)
• Understanding of supply chain management or order tracking preferred
• Excellent keyboard skills: minimum 35 WPM with 92% accuracy
• Strong English comprehension and email writing skills
• Flexible with shift timings, ready for US business hours
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home environment for training
