Job Summary

EXL is hiring Executives for its Emerging Finance & Accounting business unit in Bangalore. This role involves managing accurate employee data, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating HR-related administrative tasks. As part of the HR operations team, you will handle employee document filing, payroll, and benefits-related responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates with strong communication and organizational skills to kickstart their career in HR operations with a leading global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate employee data through data entry and paperwork processing.
• Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits.
• File and organize employee documents such as contracts, leave requests, and HR forms.
• Monitor HR inboxes, respond to queries, and escalate issues to relevant teams when needed.
• Contribute to HR operations projects and take on special assignments as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or MBA qualified.
• 0–1 year of Human Resource Operations experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client servicing skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP, ServiceNow, or SuccessFactors is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
