Job Summary
This Analyst role at Capgemini Invent is part of the Software Engineering professional community, contributing to high-quality delivery for global clients in a technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to SLA for both productivity and quality in daily operations.
- Work on assigned tasks and meet agreed project schedules and timelines.
- Resolve transactions in line with prescribed efficiency and performance benchmarks.
- Follow project documentation standards, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain prescribed quality standards while handling all allocated work items.
- Comply with organizational policies, process procedures, and regulatory expectations.
- Collaborate as a strong team player within cross-functional and global teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience as an analyst or in a process-driven, SLA-based environment (experienced professionals).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow standardized documentation and process guidelines.
- Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder coordination skills to work effectively in teams.
- Ability to work with productivity and quality metrics, and comfort with transaction-based workflows.
- Mindset focused on continuous improvement, discipline, and adherence to policies and standards.
