Job Summary

Bizora.ai is hiring an Intern Full-Stack Engineer (Gen AI) to help build an AI co-pilot that transforms tax and accounting workflows for accountants, tax professionals, and SMBs. The role focuses on designing GenAI features, developing scalable web applications, and integrating backend systems to automate complex compliance tasks. This is a high-ownership, equity-only role suited for self-starters who enjoy learning new technologies, solving real-world problems, and working closely with founders in a fast-growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable GenAI solutions, pipelines, and agentic workflows to improve automation and accuracy.
• Build end-to-end features including React.js frontends, Python business logic, APIs, and modular microservices.
• Manage databases with attention to optimization, backup strategies, encryption, and role-based access control.
• Collaborate with the CEO and CTO to translate user requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, analyze logs, and propose solutions that optimize performance and scalability.
• Research and adopt new frameworks, cloud services, and AI tools to keep the platform innovative and competitive.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent (pursuing or completed), with strong software development fundamentals.
• Experience or strong interest in full-stack development: JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Python, RESTful APIs, and databases.
• Exposure to AI/LLM-related projects or GenAI tools is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with the ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and collaborate across teams.
