Job Summary
Accenture is hiring an HR Service Delivery New Associate for its Bengaluru office. The role is designed for fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience, focusing on delivering employee services through analysis and reporting. You’ll handle case management, examine HR data to uncover insights, and communicate findings in structured reports to support workforce productivity, agility, and operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Solve routine HR problems following general guidelines and precedents
- Manage HR data, perform analysis, and deliver clear reports and documentation
- Interact primarily within your team and direct supervisor
- Work as an individual contributor within a team
- Ensure high-quality, accurate data, and adhere to set standards
- May require rotational shift work
Qualifications & Skills
- Any Graduation (Bachelor’s degree in any field)
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Critical thinking, adaptability, detail orientation, team skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts if required
