Job Summary

The Network & Svcs Operation New Associate at Accenture will be responsible for supporting back-office and network operations to improve customer experience, enhance capex efficiency, and reduce time-to-market. This role requires expertise in networking fundamentals, including the OSI model and protocols, with specific focus on Passive Optical Networks (PON) technology. PON delivers broadband access through a point-to-multipoint architecture using unpowered optical splitters, allowing efficient bandwidth sharing among multiple access points. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience in the telecom domain are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve routine network operation problems by following established guidelines and precedents.
• Work closely with team members and report directly to the supervisor.
• Execute tasks based on detailed instructions with narrow scope of work.
• Contribute as an individual team member in network operations projects.
• Work in rotational shifts as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Any Graduation from a recognized institution.
• 0–2 years of experience in networking or telecom operations.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, OSI Model, and communication protocols.
• Familiarity with Passive Optical Networks (PON) architecture and applications.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
