Job Summary

The role involves night shifts supporting property preservation and mortgage loan servicing, focusing on leveraging MS Excel skills and data accuracy. As a Process Executive, you will work from the Mumbai office, handling foreclosure support activities, ensuring document compliance, and contributing directly to client financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Process foreclosure support activities as per defined procedures and quality standards
• Meet/exceed productivity and quality benchmarks, adapting as targets change with tenure
• Be receptive to feedback for self and process improvement
• Identify and check red flags in mortgage documents (Deed of Trust, Note, Title Policy, Demand Letter, AOM, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy of data and document review
• Communicate timely with team leaders regarding issues/queries
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and incident logs
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fresh graduate (B.Com, M.Com, or any non-tech discipline)
• For Sr. Process Associate: 1+ years in BPO/Data Processing/Foreclosure support
• Good analytical, research, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Certification mandatory
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work shifts and 6 days/week
• Ability to learn and adapt.
