Job Summary

The School of IT Infrastructure Management (SIM) at Wipro is a work-integrated learning program for Diploma holders in technology streams. It enables candidates from 2024 and 2025 batches to work as full-time Wipro employees while pursuing a sponsored B.Tech in Information Systems from an Institute of Eminence. The program offers structured training in IT infrastructure, platform skills, and behavioral skills alongside a progressive monthly stipend over four years.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on IT infrastructure support and related technology operations as a full-time Wipro employee.
• Participate in structured technical and behavioral training under the SIM curriculum.
• Support business teams in resolving infrastructure issues, monitoring systems, and maintaining service quality.
• Adhere to Wipro’s processes, service standards, and information security guidelines.
• Actively participate in assessments, pre-skilling, and learning modules throughout the program duration.

Qualifications & Skills

• 10th and 12th Standard: Pass; Diploma with minimum 50%.
• Diploma in CS, IT, Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, ECE, Computer Technology, CSE&T, or EEE with core Mathematics as a subject.
• Year of passing: 2024 or 2025, with maximum 3-year education gap between 10th and Diploma start.
• Only full-time Diploma accepted; open school/distance allowed only for 10th/12th.
• Maximum of one active backlog allowed during assessment, to be cleared with 6th semester.
• Indian citizen or PIO/OCI; Bhutan and Nepal nationals must provide citizenship certificate.
• Not participated in any Wipro selection process in the last 3 months; minimum age 18 at onboarding.
