Job Summary

Wipro Limited invites applications for the role of Process Associate in Kolkata. This position involves managing process transactions, resolving client queries, and ensuring compliance with process and quality standards. The candidate will support clients via calls and emails, maintain documentation, and deliver efficient, high-quality customer service. The role requires flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts and keen attention to detail in handling system operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage transactions as per required quality standards and SLAs.
• Handle client requests via telephone or email courteously and promptly.
• Record, track, and resolve client queries using internal systems.
• Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Provide alternative solutions to clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Escalate unresolved or critical issues to team leaders.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and updates.
• Maintain high levels of productivity, accuracy, and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree (B.Sc IT, MBA, BE not eligible).
• Strong analytical and comprehension skills.
• Excellent English communication abilities.
• Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and use keyboard shortcuts effectively.
• Comfortable working in rotational (24/7) shifts.
• Mandatory skill: Claims_Processing.
