Job Summary
Wipro is hiring a Junior Engineer to design, develop, and troubleshoot engineering solutions based on client and project requirements. The role involves working with engineering software tools to create models, simulations, and prototypes while ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver optimized, cost-effective solutions. This position is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in engineering design and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions as per client specifications
- Work with CAD and CAE tools to create models and simulations
- Test designs for boundary conditions such as stress and impact analysis
- Create prototypes based on engineering drawings and CAD models
- Perform FMEA for new client requirements
- Optimize solutions using virtual simulations
- Fix defects and troubleshoot issues raised by clients or integration teams
- Develop verification plans and quality assurance procedures
- Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports and maintain documentation
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Mandatory skill: M3 Java
- Knowledge of CAD/CAE tools and engineering simulations
- Understanding of design validation and quality assurance processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and documentation abilities
