Job Summary
Wipro is seeking Associates to join its Gurugram team for end-to-end insurance process management and client service roles. The position offers exposure to medium-complexity processes where analytical skills, accuracy, and customer-oriented support are critical. You will participate in administrative, reporting, and process improvement tasks within defined decision frameworks and guidelines, ensuring quality and compliance in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle process transactions and enforce quality standards across client engagements.
- Analyze and resolve client issues, participate in system improvements, and manage escalations.
- Communicate job expectations, evaluate trends, and generate statutory, scheduled, and ad-hoc reports.
- Maintain compliance, participate in internal/external audits, and provide administrative support within Aviva brand standards.
- Spot and suggest service/process improvements, adhere to reporting timelines, and manage control reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate degree (Non-tech preferred; Tech grads like B.E/B.Tech must have 6+ months experience).
- Proficient in MS-Office (Excel), project and quality management, and customer service.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and process knowledge, UK savings and retirement industry skills are a plus.
- Strong communication skills (C1 proficiency in English), neutral accent, and adept at customer interactions via calls, email, and chat.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines in a 24×5 shift environment (12:00 PM–12:00 AM window), with fixed weekends off.
