Job Summary

Valeo is hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees for its Test and Validation team in Chennai. The selected candidate will support design, integration, and validation tasks to ensure successful project delivery within defined technical and economic goals. This role involves close collaboration with global engineering teams, adherence to design standards, and participation in system validation and testing. The position offers excellent exposure to cutting-edge automotive innovations and sustainable mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review internal and customer requirements, specifications, and test plans
• Conduct design, integration, and validation activities for automotive systems and components
• Support technical architecture and standardization assignments
• Perform design simulations, coding, and validation based on Valeo’s methodologies
• Report progress and escalate risks as needed during project execution

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ECE, EEE, Mech, or related fields)
• Strong understanding of testing, validation, and automotive systems
• Familiarity with design and simulation tools is an advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
