Job Summary

The Graduate Engineer Trainee at GE HealthCare will support the manufacturing and engineering teams in implementing and improving production processes. The role involves developing efficient methods for new product introductions, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers a great opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in a global healthcare technology company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Drive LEAN initiatives and process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Maintain manufacturing systems related to part routing and standards.
• Design fixtures and tooling to improve production processes.
• Manage multiple projects ensuring safety, compliance, and cost control.
• Collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
• Act as a change agent toward world-class performance and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in EHS activities to improve safety performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
• Fresh graduates or up to one year of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles and process improvement methods.
• Familiarity with design and production tools used in industrial manufacturing.
