Job Summary
As an Analyst, Global Delivery at TransUnion, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality product delivery across client marketing campaigns, risk management, and analytical data requests. You will manage and process transactional, batch, and self-serve solutions for internal and external customers, ensuring outputs meet service level agreements. The role involves validating data, collaborating with customer engagement and sales teams, and supporting efficiency improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver batch order fulfillment and service excellence
- Work with customer engagement teams to address anomalies and meet requirements
- Produce high-quality outputs for credit decision-making
- Validate batch fulfillment system setup—data extraction, cleansing, and validation (using Ab Initio/UNIX)
- Review and process work requests using internal tools
- Ensure good input data for high match rates
- Identify efficiency and quality improvements
- Adhere to documented processes and contribute to reviews
- Respond to queries and complaints in a timely manner
- Meet all KPI metrics/goals
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations research, or equivalent (track record of academic excellence)
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail, passion for service excellence
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, problem solve, and work independently/in teams
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, time management skills
- Willingness to work US shifts
- (Preferred) Experience with credit bureau offerings, Ab Initio, Unix, SQL, and Autosys scheduling tools
