Job Summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is conducting a Walk-in Drive 2026 for Back Office Operations roles under its Business Process Services (BPS) unit. This opportunity is ideal for freshers and entry-level candidates looking to start their careers in data processing and operations. The role focuses on handling backend transactions with high accuracy and efficiency. Candidates must be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform back-office data processing and transaction handling
• Maintain accuracy and quality in data entry and processing tasks
• Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to operational guidelines
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all tasks
• Meet productivity and quality targets set by the organization
• Collaborate with team members and report to supervisors

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduates (2024, 2025, 2026): B.Com, BA, BBA, BBM, BMS, BAF, BBI
• Science/IT Graduates (2024 only): B.Sc, BCA
• Postgraduates (2024, 2025): MA, M.Com
• 0–6 months of experience (Freshers preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Good communication and comprehension skills
• Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
