Job Summary
Join Salesforce as a Design Program Manager Intern within the UX Operations team. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting global UX teams, operationalizing design processes, and driving the delivery of world-class product user experiences. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to organize training, events, and communications, all while helping scale the impact and culture of UX across Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Advocate for and partner with UX teams to improve operational workflows.
- Support UX skills development and organize internal/external events.
- Aid in communication, alignment of goals, and team culture-building activities.
- Help codify processes and scale best design practices.
- Assist with project management and coordination for product delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (M.Des), graduating in 2026.
- Excellent partnership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing projects and solving problems from concept to implementation.
- Knowledge of design methodologies and project management tools.
- Proactive, ethical, service-minded, and curious, with a passion for design and teamwork.
