Job Summary

Rolls-Royce is offering a 6-month internship opportunity in Data Analytics & Automation for students pursuing degrees in engineering or computer science. The intern will work on developing analytical and automation solutions related to maintenance and equipment health monitoring using modern data tools. This position offers hands-on experience, learning exposure to global processes, and professional development in a world-class engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct literature surveys and develop analytical solutions using data.
• Automate tasks and processes related to repair, maintenance, and equipment health monitoring.
• Create interactive visualizations and dashboards to generate insights.
• Document project execution steps and maintain technical records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science Engineering.
• Knowledge in analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python, R, PySpark, SQL, Hive, Hadoop, Tableau, Power BI, and Azure Databricks.
• Ability to work proactively in an agile team environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and innovative thinking abilities.
