Job Summary

Join Qualys as a Software Engineer where innovation and teamwork drive exciting global missions. Develop enterprise and consumer-level products on Linux/macOS platforms using C/C++. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, expertise in data structures, algorithms, and system design, along with passion for building scalable, high-performance applications. Collaborate across teams and take ownership of full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain C/C++ software for enterprise and consumer products
• Debug and solve complex technical challenges
• Apply best practices in SDLC including code reviews and testing
• Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams
• Mentor interns and junior engineers

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (B.E / B.Tech, M.E / M.Tech, MCA)
• 0 to 4 years of experience in C/C++ development on Linux/macOS platforms
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Familiarity with SDLC practices, coding standards, testing, and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Self-driven and quick learner
