Job Summary

This role supports Oracle’s Back Office Operations (OFSS BPS), delivering 24×7 back- and mid-office services to global capital markets and banking clients from Mumbai and Gurgaon. It focuses on reconciliation, NAV computation, and other transaction-processing activities that ensure data accuracy across multiple financial systems. The position suits freshers and early-career professionals with strong numeracy, analytical skills, and an interest in international capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cash and asset reconciliations by downloading data from bank websites, formatting it into standard templates, and matching records from multiple sources.
• Use automated tools, MS Excel, and MS Access to reconcile data, investigate breaks or deviations, and escalate unresolved differences to relevant teams.
• Support NAV, P&L, and total return calculations for portfolios, sectors, and positions, and investigate NAV differences between custodian and investment manager books.
• Document reconciliation breaks clearly, maintain systematic records, and handle high volumes of numerical data with accuracy.
• Work in shifts on any five days of the week, including possible weekends, while meeting quality and timeliness standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• 0–2+ years of experience; fresh graduates with good academic records are eligible.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, particularly Excel; knowledge of PowerPoint and Word is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
• Exposure to international capital markets (US/UK) is desirable, along with comfort working with large numerical datasets.
• Good English verbal and written communication, positive attitude, flexibility for shifts and weekend work, and high levels of self-motivation and energy.
