Job Summary

The Jr. Trainee Technician will support the Premium Processing (PP) team in delivering high-quality and timely processing services within the insurance operations segment. This role involves completing allocated tasks accurately, adhering to company and compliance standards, and contributing to team performance through participation in SLA and KPI goals. As a trainee, you will receive structured guidance and development opportunities to build strong technical and industry knowledge in insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned premium processing activities accurately and within deadlines.
• Escalate queries to Senior Technicians when necessary.
• Participate in regular feedback sessions and personal development training.
• Support team adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance frameworks.
• Ensure full completion of training and compliance assessments as directed.
• Contribute to improving service delivery quality and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

Must Have

• Previous experience in financial services or insurance.
