Job Description:
JPMorgan Chase invites applications for the Product Delivery Associate role in their AI/ML Solutions – Shared Events and Assets team. The role involves designing and delivering real-time data streams and data assets that support AI/ML applications and customer experience personalization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis and explore insights using SQL
- Develop and enforce data quality standards for analysis and enrichment
- Design data visualizations with tools like Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics
- Collaborate with teams to build scalable, robust data solutions supporting business goals
- Design and implement complex ETL logic for real-time data transformation
- Validate data accuracy and integrity using technical tools
- Create documentation, lead presentations, and trainings for data solutions usage
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and database concepts
- Experience with data transformation and modeling tools like Databricks, dbt Labs
- Knowledge of structured data ingestion for analytics, personalization, or ML
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Familiarity with product development lifecycle and Customer Data Platforms
- Experience with analytics visualization tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Prior experience in Data Engineering or similar roles within fast-paced settings
