Job Summary

Jio is hiring fresh graduates for the role of Graduate Engineer Trainee in Mumbai. This role offers an opportunity to design, plan, and engineer international network solutions focused on 2G, 3G, and 4G roaming capabilities. The trainee will validate technical designs, coordinate with product teams, and support network deployment and upgrades. Candidates will also analyze network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless global roaming services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and engineer end-to-end international networks.
• Coordinate with device and product teams to develop requirements for 4G, 3G, and 2G roaming.
• Validate technical requirements and system designs for global roaming (authentication, billing, provisioning, performance management).
• Support preparation of technical proposals for network deployment and upgrades.
• Validate service provider capabilities including performance and coverage.
• Analyze and troubleshoot network performance and routing.
• Identify root causes of issues and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
• Knowledge of 4G, 3G, and 2G networks.
• Familiarity with network deployment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
