Job Summary
Human Before Resource (HBR) hosts a mega walk-in drive for Process Associates in an international blended voice and non-voice customer support role in Kolkata. Candidates can attend from 1st December to 30th January, 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with immediate joiners preferred for evening/night rotational shifts. Salary ranges from 1.5-4.5 Lacs P.A. (20K-34K monthly plus incentives).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer support via voice calls and non-voice chat for international processes.
- Resolve queries efficiently, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance.
- Work on-site in rotational shifts, demonstrating excellent English communication.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation/Undergraduation/Post Graduation; freshers welcome (no current full-time students).
- Excellent communication skills; preferred: customer support, US/UK/Australian process experience.
- Bring updated resume, qualification/experience documents, and original Aadhar.
