Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Jr System Engineer to join our growing technology operations team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and maintaining system performance, deploying software, and supporting end-users to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities

• Test and monitor application performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and system infrastructure.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and document technical issues.
• Write custom scripts to improve system automation and efficiency.
• Provide helpdesk and remote desktop support for both Mac and PC users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT system stability and performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in BE/BTech/BCA/BSc or a Postgraduate degree in a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in system or technical support.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts and handle high-priority technical incidents.
• Fast learner with a genuine passion for technology and system optimization.
