Job Summary

Equifax is seeking creative and driven entry-level software engineers to work on impactful technology projects. In this role, you’ll join a talented team employing agile practices to design, implement, and support software modules leveraging modern tech such as cloud platforms and microservices. You’ll participate in product integrations, technology roadmaps, code reviews, and engineering discussions to turn business needs into robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document requirements for small or medium-scale systems.
• Follow software engineering principles and modern practices.
• Collaborate on code review, release processes, and team knowledge sharing.
• Apply cloud and UI/backend technologies (Java, SpringBoot, HTML, Angular, JavaScript, AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Participate in agile ceremonies, integration, and automation efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ months in Java programming and cloud tech (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Knowledge of UI development (HTML, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap).
• Familiarity with backend (SpringBoot, microservices), version control (Git, Github), and build tools (Maven, Gradle).
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL), automated testing (JUnit, Selenium), and agile environments.
