Job Summary

Graduate Trainees at Episode Six will join a fast-growing fintech focused on modern, API-first payment processing and wallet infrastructure. In this role, you will learn the full software development lifecycle, contribute to application support and testing, and work closely with senior engineers on real-world projects. The position is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who want to build strong technical, analytical, and customer-focused skills in a global payments environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training, workshops, and certifications to build job-specific and IT skills.
• Assist in software development, testing, debugging, and documentation across applications and tools.
• Monitor application logs, email alerts, and production deployments to identify issues and coordinate with Support & Operations.
• Develop and execute detailed test cases, analyze results, report defects, and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Support maintenance and upgrades of existing software and help reproduce and debug client-reported issues in test environments.
• Collaborate with team members, contribute to meetings, and work in shifts (APAC/UK/US) including rotational weekend production support.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.E/B.Tech (preferably Computer Science or related) – 2024 or 2025 batch, 0–1 years of experience.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle, programming languages, and prior experience writing code.
• Exposure to testing, debugging, application logs analysis, and basic database validation.
• Strong MS Office skills (including Project) and comfort with a range of software and hardware.
• Excellent communication, analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Ambitious, self-starting, well-organized, and able to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
