Job Summary

The Analyst role at eClerx Financial Markets involves supporting trade lifecycle and capital markets operations including trade confirmation, settlements, reporting, and syndicated loans operations. The candidate will collaborate with teams to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution of issues, learn various financial instruments, and support regulatory reporting. This role is suitable for candidates with a basic knowledge of finance and investment banking operations looking to grow in a dynamic financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and escalate risks and report issues promptly to clients.
• Support trade lifecycle activities such as trade confirmation matching, cash flow settlements, and front-office to back-office reconciliations.
• Handle operations related to syndicated loans and corporate actions setup.
• Manage capital market operational tasks including reference data support and regulatory reporting (e.g., Swaps Data Repository, KYC).
• Learn and master financial products including equity, derivatives, interest rate swaps, FX spot and options, commodities, and fixed income products.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA) or Master’s degree (M.Com, MBA, PGDM).
• 0 to 2 years of experience in investment banking operations or related fields.
• Basic finance knowledge, investment banking, derivatives, and trade lifecycle understanding.
• Strong quantitative and logical skills to analyze data and derive insights.
• Excellent time management and problem resolution skills.
• Proficient in planning, organizing, and managing tasks efficiently.
