Job Summary

DHL Information Services is seeking an Associate Software Engineering Analyst to join their Intelligent Automation team in Indore. This role focuses on developing and implementing software automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs across DHL’s global logistics network. The selected candidate will collaborate with Business Analysts, Technical Consultants, and Solution Architects, gaining hands-on experience with advanced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms in a supportive learning environment. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about automation and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Technical Consultants and Business Analysts to identify new automation opportunities.
• Assess technical feasibility and business objectives to support solution design.
• Develop scalable automation solutions using state-of-the-art RPA platforms and programming languages.
• Work closely with Solution Architects to ensure technical integrity.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and report project progress.
• Engage in knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with minimum 70% aggregate.
• 2024 graduates or candidates with up to one year of IT experience preferred.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Problem-solving skills with analytical thinking.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate in a multinational team environment.
